The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the buyer through the seller's website.

3. Product and Payment Information

The type, quantity, sales price, and payment information of the ordered products are accepted as specified during the order.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• Orders are prepared after payment confirmation.
• Products are sent to the address specified by the buyer during the order.
• Shipping time may vary depending on intensity and delivery region.
• The buyer is responsible for delivery problems arising from incorrect address information.

5. Exchange and Return Policy

You can return the products you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date. Exchanges are only possible for unused products with intact tags that are suitable for resale. You have the right to exchange your order within 7 days from the delivery date.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, with intact tags, and suitable for resale. All products received by us are inspected by our quality control team.

If the inspection reveals that the product has been used, washed, deformed, stained, has an odor, or any change due to use, the return request will not be accepted, and the product will be sent back to you.

6. Privacy

Buyer's information is not shared with third parties and is used solely for the purpose of carrying out order processes.

7. Enforcement

By placing an order through the website, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. This agreement comes into force upon completion of the order.
