Delivery and Returns

Your orders are carefully prepared and delivered to cargo after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your region. (Estimated 3-5 days within Turkey.)

You can exchange products purchased through the Online Shop within 7 days from the delivery date.

Shipping costs for packages sent by CYDA are covered by our company.
However, shipping costs for packages sent to us for return or exchange are the responsibility of the sender.

You can return products you have purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are only possible for unused products with their tags still attached and suitable for resale.You have the right to exchange your order within 7 days from the delivery date.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in a condition suitable for resale. All products received by us are inspected by our quality control team.

If, as a result of the inspection, it is determined that the product has been used, washed, deformed, stained, has an odor, or any change due to use, the return request will not be accepted, and the product will be sent back to you.
