Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Your orders are handed over to cargo as soon as possible.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your region.
• CYDA.OFFICIAL cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
• Tracking information will be shared with you once your order has been shipped.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Returns/exchanges are not accepted for products that have been used, damaged, or have their tags removed, due to hygiene and product safety.
• You must contact us within the specified period after receiving the product.
• In case of faulty or damaged shipments, the necessary support will be provided by us.

You can return products you have purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt. Exchanges are only possible for unused, un-tagged products that are suitable for resale. You have the right to exchange your order within 7 days from the delivery date.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in resalable condition. All products received by us are inspected by our quality control team.

If, as a result of the inspection, it is determined that the product has been used, washed, deformed, stained, has an odor, or any other change due to use, the return request will not be accepted, and the product will be sent back to you.
